BaZiBloomPrivacy Notice

What is collected
For a free reading, BaZiBloom collects your name or nickname, email, sex used for traditional chart calculation, Gregorian birth date and time (or a time-unknown indication), birth clock-time UTC offset, and longitude if provided. Your consent, submission reference, creation time and processing status are also recorded.
How the details are used
The details are used to prepare a personal chart and introductory interpretation, clarify incomplete information, deliver the PDF by email and track delivery. The report is prepared manually. No automated chart interpretation, profiling or decision-making is performed by this website. Your details are not sent to an AI service by this website.
Hosting and email
The website and application database are hosted on Cloudflare. The operator reviews your application and uses an email provider to communicate and deliver your report. These providers may process information outside your country. The website does not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Operational hosting logs may be maintained by the hosting provider under its policies.
Retention and security
Application records, associated notes and operator-held copies of your report are kept for up to 90 days from submission. Expired records are not shown in the management interface, and database cleanup removes them. Providers may retain backups or operational logs according to their own policies. A daily one-way hash of the connection IP address is used to limit abusive submissions; the website application does not save the raw IP address.
Your choices
Submission does not subscribe you to marketing. You can request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw permission before preparation, by contacting the operator using the contact shown here when applications open. Include your application reference if possible. For reports already delivered, copies in your own mailbox remain under your control.
Who can apply
This introductory service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Do not submit another person's details without their permission.
